After years in Michelin-star kitchens around the world, the founder decided to channel his passion into a unique line of jams, from strawberry & balsamic to chocolate & banana. While his creations wowed at markets and fairs, his branding, website, and marketing didn’t reflect the same level of craft. To get his jars onto store shelves, he needed to elevate his brand to look as professional as his products tasted.

Cuecard stepped in to transform The Jam Lab’s identity from self-made beginnings into a polished, market-ready brand. We guided the founder through a strategy session, offering advice not only on design but also on sales and marketing. From there, we developed a complete rebrand: new logo, colour palette, and full brand guidelines. This was supported by a new website and custom graphics for each jam, designed to express both the flavour and the founder’s vibrant personality.

We designed and launched a new website, ensuring it was user-friendly and ready to showcase products. Instead of stock or standard product photography, we created bespoke graphics for each jam — a playful, eye-catching approach that mirrored the founder’s passion for flavour and creativity.
